"MENTORING-2023" PROGRAMM OF TAVAN BOGD GROUP

The "Mentoring-23" program is implemented by the management of TavanBogd Group in order to increase the opportunities for employees to learn, develop and advance. 

The President of "TavanBogd Group" Ts. Baatarsaikhan participated in the opening of the event by invitation and talked about the topic within "HOW CAN EMPLOYEES GET EXPERIENCE AND IMPROVE THEIR SKILLS?" and shared his work experience, wished success to all participants. 

In this program, 16 mentees were selected to learn practical experience from 8 successful mentors who have accumulated a lot of experience in TavanBogd Group's board of directors, branches and companies. 

During the opening event, attendees fulfilled bythe detailed information about the goals of the program, implementation stages and other training measures. Also representatives of the 2020 Honorary Mentee, Chairman of AHRD, TBI LLC mrs. N. Enkhchimeg, and Head of Sales and Marketing of UBF LLCmrs. D. Ariunsanaa, shared their experiences and opinion.
